What an incredible summer! As we look back on Kids Camp, Jr. High Camp, and ASCENT 2026, we have so much to celebrate—not only because of what God did in the lives of campers, but also because of the incredible generosity shown through our missions offering. Together, campers, counselors, adult leaders, churches, and staff gave an amazing $7,052.08 to support the King’s Kid Poultry Project in Uganda. That is enough to provide more than 570 chickens, helping create a sustainable source of food and income for the school and ministry for years to come.
Here is the breakdown of this summer’s giving:
- Kids Camp: $1,564.26
- Jr. High Camp: $1,905.39
- ASCENT: $1,581.51
- Southern District Youth Conference (SDYC): $825.43
- Southern District Jr. High Youth Conference (JHYC): $1,175.49
Grand Total: $7,052.08
Thank you to every camper, family, church, counselor, and volunteer who gave so generously. Your gifts will make a lasting impact by helping provide meals for students, supporting sustainable farming, and advancing the ministry of Kyle and Danae Schmidt through King’s Kid Farm in Uganda.
