The 2025 Youth Pastor Compensation Report is where we surveyed 1,098 youth pastors, asking them questions about:
- Their current compensation
- Their level of education
- Which curriculum they use (if any)
- How long they’ve been in ministry
- How long they’ve been at their current church
- And more!
This is year eight of the Youth Pastor Compensation Survey.
