Registration & Cost
Final Deadline is June 5, 2023:
$425 per student (anyone in high school)
$250 per adult leader (anyone post high school)
Cost may vary for special guests, bus driers, or young children. Contact us at email@example.com for more details.
Payment for registration will be handled by the local church. NO PAYMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLINE. Each church must send ONE total payment for their group via check and postmarked NO LATER than June 30.

TIPS IN REGISTERING:
- The price in your cart will be different than your church's total (and you pay NOTHING online, payment is to your church)
- For families registering make sure you "add to cart" each person going, to move on to the next page
- Each person will choose an "interactive track" to attend (you can change once at ASCENT)
- All forms must be filled out (but information is saved from year to year)
FIRST TIME REGISTERING FOR ASCENT?
To begin the registration, each parent/adult will need to create their own account and set up their household using the "New user sign-up" fields found at the link provided below. Within the registration, each person selects their church and that groups them for us to see on our end upon completion of their registration. We then send you a list of all those registered so you can know who you are expecting that you need to encourage to register and if there are any additional registrations from your church that you were not expecting. Leah Remboldt helps with this by communicating with you regarding your church's completed registrations and she will also be working with the housing.
ADULT LEADERS - CHILD-ABUSE AWARENESS TRAINING
Physical SAFETY is of paramount importance at any event like ASCENT. For this reason, Glorieta Adventure Camps REQUIRES any person (outside of high school) who will be 18-years-of-age and over before attending any ASCENT camps, to complete a Child Abuse Awareness Training online as part of the camp’s Child Protection Plan. They must complete this 45 minute online training prior to arriving at ASCENT. Additionally, all adults are also required to have a criminal background check completed prior to attending the conference.
How Will The Training Work?
Upon registration, an email from a website called ministrysafe.com will be sent with instructions and a link to the online course. Each person must complete a short 10 question quiz after viewing several short video segments. This online course will take approximately 45 minutes.
What if I have already done this?
A background check is still required, However, if you have completed this training or a similar course within this past year, a copy of your completed certificate will exempt you from retaking the online course.

Register early! We will NOT be able to guarantee room arrangements for registrations or changes in registration received after the early bird deadline. Cancellations or changes after May 1 result in an adjustment/cancelation fee and any cancellations or changes. Any changes before the early bird deadline will not result in a fee.
