Registration & Cost

Price Per Person  (Prices may vary based on your church's payment structure)
$365 per student (anyone in high school)
$200 per adult leader (anyone post high school)

Early Bird Deadline is April 30, 2026 (price goes up $75 after that)

Final deadline will be June 1, 2026.  Registration will be closed after this date.

TIPS IN REGISTERING:
- The price in your cart will be different than your church's total (and you pay NOTHING online, payment is to your church)
- For families registering make sure you "add to cart" each person going, to move on to the next page
- Each person will choose an "interactive track" to attend (you can change your track once at ASCENT)
- All forms must be filled out (but information is saved from year to year)
- Save your log in information becasue we will use the same system next year

Payment for registration will be handled by the local church. NO PAYMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLINE.  Each church must send ONE payment for their group and postmarked NO LATER than before ASCENT.  We closed registration on June 1 to give each church three weeks to send in their check.  An invoice will be sent to each church after registration closes.

OUT OF DISTRICT DISCOUNT:

Are you a church outside the Central or Southern District? We know travel costs can add up, so we’re offering a special Out-of-District Discount to help make ASCENT 2026 more accessible! Both students and adult leaders are eligible to apply for a subsidy to help cover travel and other expenses. To apply, simply email info@usmbnextgen.com by April 30. Please note — this subsidy is available only to participants who register during the Early Bird period. 

 

ADULT LEADERS - CHILD-ABUSE AWARENESS TRAINING
SAFETY is of paramount importance at any event like ASCENT. For this reason, USMB NextGen REQUIRES any person (outside of high school) who will be 18-years-of-age and over before attending any ASCENT camps, to complete a Child Abuse Awareness Training online as part of the camp’s Child Protection Plan. They must complete this 45 minute online training prior to arriving at ASCENT every two years.  Additionally, every year all adults are also required to have a criminal background check completed prior to attending the conference.  Once an adult registers they will be contacted for the background check and training.

 

For Changes Or For More Questions:

Register early! We will NOT be able to guarantee room arrangements for registrations or changes in registration after June 1, 2026.  That is the final deadline to register.  Each church is allowed as many any changes to their registration list (drop outs, add ons, etc.) before then for free.  After the final deadline any cancelations or changes may result in an adjustment/cancelation fee.  Any changes before the early bird deadline will not result in a fee.
